OSHA Revisits Work Surface, Fall Rules

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration is reviewing comments on possible changes to its pending rules on walking and working surfaces and on personal protective equipment. OSHA asked for more comments on specific aspects of the proposals, prompted by changes in industry practices and in technology. For the working surface standard, OSHA asked for additional comments on the use of self-propelled, motorized equipment.
