Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's are opportunities to let the world know who you are — to introduce your people. Ask employees what interesting things they do over the holidays. You might be able to write about a group project like a work crew volunteering for a soup kitchen, or an employee with an unusual hobby. Maybe some of your employees build Habitat for Humanity homes — as did some Lafarge employees, though not at Christmastime.
