A Conversation with Valentin Tepordei

Following a 26-year career at the U.S. Geological Survey, Valentin Tepordei retired in January and now serves as scientist emeritus. He created the quarterly survey that tracks aggregate production across the United States and has been pushing to have aggregate production figures recognized as a key economic indicator.
