Atlas Copco's ROC Line of Surface Drills

Atlas Copco's ROC line of surface drills for quarry applications now includes the SmartRig D7C, D9C and F9C. The top-of-the-line F9C is a tophammer model designed for heavy-duty drilling of blastholes in the 3½- to 5-inch-diameter range, while the two smaller models handle hole diameters of 2½ to 4½ inches and 3 to 4½ inches, respectively. SmartRig technology includes a computerized Rig Control System and other modules that enable users to boost productivity, safety, environmental sensitivity and machine performance/history capabilities.
