Flexco Medium-Duty Precleaner

Flexco's mine line MMP medium-duty precleaner is for underground mines and above-ground applications. It has a 10-inch TuffShear blade and is designed with 6 inches of usable urethane. The blade has 20% to 30% longer wear than conventional blades in medium-duty applications, the company says. A faceted profile design renews the blade's cleaning edge as it wears. Blade replacement requires no tools. Self-contained quick-mount tensioners keep the blade powered to the belt. A visual tension check returns the blade's tension to the belt.
